Art 4orms Foundation is seeking to contribute to holistic equitable outcomes through Art Education. In 2023 we will be hiring the following roles:

  • Art Therapist (Full Time & Benefits Package)
  • Bus Driver (After School Art Program $ Art Based Community Field Trips)

The Art 4orms Foundation is looking for individuals who are community-oriented, passionate about the importance of art education, demonstrate creativity and innovation. We need someone who works efficiently, and shows a record of success. The ideal candidate would be INVESTED in increasing art opportunities for BIPOC Public School Students.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (Psychology, counseling, or Art Education)

Art 4orms Foundation serves as Oklahoma's first Arts & Wellness Non-profit Organization. We exist to build and sustain generational access to Art Education for Public School Students. Art 4orms utilizes Art Education to expand career pathways and dismantle historical disadvantages placed on communities of color, starting with children.

Founder: Ebony easiley

Ebony Easiley, the founder of Art 4orms Foundation served as the Founding Director of Operations for Greenwood Leadership Academy (GLA) Oklahoma’s first partnership school founded by the Met Cares Foundation, she was able to experience firsthand the erosion of art opportunities provided to students in our public school system. This inspired her to provide as many art opportunities for GLA students as possible, such as annually signing students up to attend Hope for the Holidays. This inspired our founder to launch the inaugural A.R.T. (Ambition Reveals Truth) Benefit Concert in January 2019. After assessing the need and success of the inaugural benefit concert, Art 4orms Foundation was born. Art 4orms Foundation exists to build and sustain generational access to art education for public school students. Art 4orms will utilize art education to expand career pathways and dismantle historical disadvantages placed on communities of color.


Michael Easiley

Michael Easiley is 36-year old, has two kids and was born and raised in North Tulsa. He graduated from Tulsa Central high school in 2005. While in High School he served as the captain of the drum-line and skills president at Tulsa Tech while he studied graphic design. After high school, he became a Welder traveling around the US building tanks and water towers. Today, he runs his own welding fabrication business here in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is passionate about working with the youth to give back to the community.

Sterling matthews

Sterling Matthews, Programming Director & Curriculum Specialist at Art 4orms. For the past decade I have worked with the children within our community through a multitude of creative avenues as well as within our education system, from Creative Writing & Fine Arts on the high school level to Visual Arts on the elementary level. I look forward to expanding our collective understanding & view of the Art world together with our littles!

Lisa Easiley

Lisa Easiley, was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and earned her Associates degree in Business Administration and her CDA (child development associate.) She is the Administrative Director for Art 4orms Foundation and enjoys working with children and she firmly believes that if we continue to pour back into our children our world will be filled with young prosperous individuals of color. She’s goal-oriented and strives to accurately complete tasks in a timely manner. In closing, she enjoys taking the lead on projects but also comfortable working in group settings.

Ori

Ori, born N'Dea (n-dee-ah) is a black nonbinary identifying artist who prefers (they, them) as their pronouns. They're native to St. Louis and recently moved to Tulsa to be a sustainable artist in rebuilding the BIPOC creative community in Black Wall Street and the Tulsa Metro area. Ori is also a part-time creative in visual and performing arts, and over the last six years gained experience in working in art non-profits and wellness organizations. They do commissions and murals,and have a background in their certification of a practitioner in Reiki Level Two (light healing through unblocking chakras). Ori just recently became a member of the Black Moon artist collective. Also, they are pursuing their Bachelor's degree in Art Culture and Entertainment (ACE) Management at the University of Tulsa.

Tatianna Hemphill

Tatianna Hemphill was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan where she discovered the art of the performing arts at the age of six. She studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, african, and more. Miss Hemphill later attended the Detroit School of the Fine and Performing Arts for high school, where she choreographed and performed in multiple shows, ballets, and musicals. Miss. Hemphill graduated from Michigan State University in May, 2019 with a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. She later spent two years as a news reporter before joining the Non-Profit Space. As the new Arts and Culture Manager, Miss. Hemphill is looking forward to all of the work she will accomplish with Art 4orms, providing creative arts resources and more to the City of Tulsa.

Mahogany Easley

Mahogany Easiley was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She obtained her Associates Degree in Communications at Tulsa Community College. Also, she is a recent graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations. Some of her hobbies include: dancing, music, writing and photography. Currently, she is the Community Arts Outreach Coordinator at Art 4oms Foundation, which she looks forward to furthering her professional career.
